Skene's gland?: If not sexually active within the last few months, and if this is immediately at the urethral opening, especially toward the bottom (near the scrotum when not erect), you may have a minor infection of Skene's gland. Or maybe it's just a pimple. See your primary care doc, or a urologist if not certain about your doctor's expertise in genital medicine.
