Yes, maybe herpes: If genital area ulcers, herpes is likely. Many initial genital herpes also involves the cervix with vaginal discharge. Strong vaginal odor suggests a different problem, bacterial vaginosis, but you could have both; BV often accompanies new STDs. Most important, see a doctor ASAP. Diagnosis of genital herpes is easiest and treatment most effective if done early. Good luck!
