Spotting: Brownish spots could be a sign of a urinary tract infection or stone. The spotting sounds like it is coming from your urine and not vagina. If it persists a urine culture should be gotten and possibly an ultrasound of the kidneys or Xray to rule out stones. If it persists see your doctor.
