Head hurts: There could be many causes. If you can't think of something that might have happened I suggest you go to the nearest Emergency facility as soon as you can.

Headache: First of all, what did you do before your headache? Do you or family members have a history of these headaches? Is it getting better or worse from the time it started to now? If better, probably nothing to worry about. If worse, better go see your primary care physician about it.
