Chlamydia: Chlamydia can cause obstruction of the ejaculatory ducts which are the ducts that enter the urethra through the prostate and carry semen. The question is if you had had a semen analysis before the infection. The absence of sperm may be due to other causes. See an infertility specialist or urologist.
