R/O BARTHOLIN CYST: It sounds like you may be describing inflammation of the BARTHOLIN gland just outside the vagina. This can result in cyst formation and abcess. You need a full exam /labs/. You may require antibiotics and potential a surgical procedure please get prompt evaluation By internist or gyn.
