Yes: irregular periods or abnormal periods can mean many different hormonal problems including pregnancy! Please do a urine home pregnancy test or go to your doctor to get a blood test. Also it can mean other things like thyroid or prolactin or ovulation problems or even uterus lining issues and you might need a transvaginal ultrasound.
