Birth control pill: I suspect that your sister doesn't live in the States b/c Rigevidon (http://www.drugs.com/international/rigevidon.html) isn't sold here, at least not under that brand name. However, there are many combo birth control pills consisting of same medications. Of note, bleeding/spotting is common side effect especially in 3mo of new pill as body adjusts. If still concerned, have her see prescribing doc.
