Most likely lower BP: & BP drops when standing rapidly resulting in drop of blood flow to brain. This is rarely a health problem unless you fall and hurt something. Best be more aware & stand (especially from supine position) a bit more slowly giving you brain a bit more time to tighten up the muscles in your veins & ↑ heart contractility/rate slightly to compensate & help prevent the drop in blood flow to your brain.

Cause of headache: The best way to tackle a headache is to figure out what's causing it in the first place - is it a migraine, from not eating breakfast this am, from skipping a dose of a medicine, from not getting enough sleep? There can be many reasons. For the run of the mill dull headache, i usually like to try some Ibuprofen and/or tylenol (acetaminophen) first and see how it feels after an hour or so.

A 49-year-old female asked:

I get dizzy when I bend over or cough?

Vasovagal: It sounds like your blood pressure drops when you bend over or cough... In the normal sense the body is reacting more than what it should. Also you might have to get your blood pressure checked to make sure it is not varying significantly in different positions like laying, sitting or standing. Lastly positional vertigo is a possibility.
