Pimple: Not sure where the pimple is but anyway if it is red and tender to touch likely is infected. if it is small (-----like this) try over the counter bacitracin and then try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) on top x 1-2 days if not better- follow up with doctor or urgent care. if pimple is large like 4-5 mm ( about --------- this size) go to doctor today as they may have to lance it
