Bacterial vaginosis?: This definitely isn't normal. The most common cause of bad vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. You also could have an infection from the abortion procedure, or something else related to it, like a forgotten tampon or gauze sponge. See your doctor ASAP for exam and testing. It should be pretty easy to diagnose and get you on proper treatment. Good luck!

Go to Doctor !: GYN or planned parenthood. Sounds like you have retained products of conception and or infection. You need to be examined. Need treatment. Not normal to smell like dead animal!
