A member asked:

Small testicals very low sperm nearly zero low sex drive what r the blood tests that i should see ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Oligospermia/ Azospe: oligospermia is the term for low sperm counts. which is a very different condition from no sperm called azospermia. Please be very clear. You certainly need to see a urologist who specializes in male infertility. As a general rule you need blood tests: total Testosteron , Fsh, LH, you may need chromosomal tests. If necessary sonogram of testicles may be helpful.
