Maybe (not) . . .: Without seeing it, we can only speculate and you really don't want us to guess. Instead, go see your Family Doc for evaluation & treatment if necessary. Since the only way to catch something like this is unprotected sex, it's best to wrap it up (wear a condom) each & every time you have sex. Lowers risk of unwanted pregnancy, too.

Probably normal: This certainly is not a wart, which would not fade with stretching. Anything that disapears with stretching probably is not abnormal, so I doubt anything is wrong at all. But see a doctor if you remain concerned.
