This is going to sound weird , but when i urinate.. i sit on the toilet and go but it feels like i'm going on myself. like i never sat on the toilet. ?

But....: When you sit on the toilet, is the urine actually going in the toilet? Are you actually urinating on yourself? Or, is it just a sensation? I think you should see your family doctor if this continues so you can figure out what is going on! Good luck!!
