Should be ok: As long as they are both non-comedogenic, you should be ok. If you really want to use both, wait until one is totally absorbed before applying the next. Best of luck!

Best check with derm: I'm unaware of lists available through the FDA or anyone else that actually allow compatibility checks between various creams, oils, emollients, etc. which are of an OTC nature. I think the idea has merit given the fact that my wife can't seem to keep any less than 3 shampoos and 4 body washes in the shower at any one time. Check with a dermatologist on your question.
