Fluconazole/Diflucan: I would recommend fluconazole (Diflucan) by mouth. The standard treatment is a single oral dose of 150 mg and it is available OTC. Typical yeast creams and suppositories might work, but there is little experience with them for anal/rectal yeast. Oral treatment is best. If your diagnosis has not been professionally confirmed, that should be your next step, before self-treating.
