It sounds like the bleeding is just irregular menstrual bleeding which is very common and often resolves on its own. If not a gynecologist can assist. Pelvic pain and cramping requires a exam to determine the cause. Breast pain can be hormonal, weight gain, dietary and others. Mammogram needed.
