Your chances of becoming pregnant while ovulating using pull out method are much better than if used condom or other means of birth control. So if you don't want to become pregnant, either you don't have sex or you use some form of birth control (fertility timing doesn't count).

High: Your chances of PG with "pull out method" are high. Do no depend on your partner for birth control if you are female. And depending on someone who drinks heavily to be responsible for withdrawal is not wise.
