3 problems: 1.Missed period If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. 2. Discharge - schedule a visit for STD and other infection testing 3. Cramps - There are many causes of pelvic pain. If the pain in the right side is severe (especially with nausea or fever) then you need to be seen immediately to exclude appendicitis
