Hi i am 4days delayed frm my regular monthly period schedule. i do have egg white like discharge, what does this mean? i am using a contraceptive pill regularly.

Could be normal: Depending on where you are in your reproductive life and what's going on (e.g. Stress, weight changes, diet changes, etc...), the regularity of your cycle can vary. The egg white, sometimes referred to as flocculent, discharge seems normal. Keep an eye on it though. If the color or texture changes or other qualities (e.g. door) develop, get it checked out.
