Possible gut infect: Your symptoms suggest a gut infection (sometimes called colitis, enterocolitis, dysentary, etc). Sometimes non-infections can also cause these symptoms. The rotten egg taste is classic for a few infections, though it can also occur with others. Rx (ie, antibiotics if neces) depends on cause (diagnosis) & that requires stool studies & more. See dr straight away! In meantime, drink plenty of fluids.
