Stop using Nair: Stop using the Nair in that area. That skin is sensitive in that area, on some people.

Skin irritation: is common in the underarms when using certain topical skin preparations. Wash the skin thoroughly & avoid any other topical creams or skin preparations until the skin irritation resolves. If no improvement in the next few days, see your doc to make sure there is nothing else going on. Using the anti-inflammatory properties of Aleve (naproxen) or Motrin may help with the discomfort & redness of the skin.

Don't use again: avoid deodorants for now. Try cool compresses and make sure tall the nair has been washed off.
