History & phys exam: Your menstrual cycle irregularities could be due to one or more causes. You need an appointment with your PCP or GYN for a thorough history if your symptoms and a physical exam. Some diagnostic testing may need to be done as well. Try to get an appointment in the next 2-4 weeks.
