Brown discharge: Could still be infection with blood from cervical irritation. Could be mycoplasma, ureoplasma, BV(fishy odor), or chlamydia ( no odor). Mycoplasma/ureoplasma and chlamydia are treated with zithromax, BV with flagyl F/u with doctor urgent care .
