Get checked.: I find it almost impossible to believe that one time normal tampon use could cause damage. I'm not saying it could not happen, and maybe another doc can post if its possible. Something else, though, is likely to be the reason you cannot put a tampon in, but a doctor will have to examine you to find out what is going on.

Go see ur Family Doc: It's time to go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood if you're that uncomfortable for such a long period of time. Tampons shouldn't hurt and definitely not cause lasting damage.
