Get checked: While having irregular bleeding isn't that uncommon, having yellow creamy discharge is abnormal and I would definitely recommend you go see your doctor to have an exam and have your discharge tested for infection and get treatment for it. You may not be having your period due to the infection. Best wishes to you.

Check a test : If your period is late or abnormal and you're having unprotected intercourse, the first thing to do is check a pregnancy test. If it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days to be sure. There are many things that cause nausea and can alter menses but pregnancy is definitely the most common. If the tests are both negative, it is time to see a doctor for a full history, exam, and appropriate tests.
