I had an iucd inserted about a year ago and after awhile i noticed a foul discharge from vagina. i've treated it with antibiotics severally but recurs?

Go see ur Family Doc: Or GYN or Planned Parenthood etc. You need (another) exam including testing to determine cause of foul discharge. Don't take any more antibiotics until you see culture & sensitivity report declaring bacteria & antibiotics that will work (and those that won't).
