Test: It could be an early sign of pregnancy, so if that's possible check a pregnancy test. This could also be a sign that you didn't ovulate this month or possibly just some intermenstrual spotting. If it continues to be an issue and your pregnancy test is negative you might need to see your physician for some provera (medroxyprogesterone).
