You could : You can get pregnant from spermatozoa already present in the genital tract when you ovulate as well as from spermatozoa that arrive while the egg is in the tube after ovulation. That is why you have a fertile window rather than just a fertile day.

Sperm: can survive 3-5 days within the woman's reproductive tract, and after ovulation the egg can survive 1-2 days, so potentially sperm from any of those days could cause pregnancy.
