Possible: If this is from working out too hard, a heating or ice pad may help. If you have no problem with diarrhea, vomiting, or constipation, may try an NSAID (which may worsen the pain if the problem is gastrointestinal and not muscular). Stop doing the core exercise for a few day and let the body rest then resume at much lower intensity. See doctor if problem worsens.
