Farewell to dandruff: Dandruff comes and goes. Hopefully there are some things you can do to keep it away for a longer time. You can use tea tree oil shampoo or over the counter ketoconazole shampoo. If this doesn't work, you can use stronger prescription ketoconazole shampoo 3 times a week as well as steroid lotion. Good luck.
