Late period: Check HCG, may be implantation or may also be variant being late and could be vaginitis causing the blood.Diaarhea could be another etiology , viral camphylbacter or orther baceria. Try a probiotic if not pregnant as it replaces bacteria in gut .F/U with doc /urgent care for stool and period.
