Depends on...: Could be several things including ingrown hair, cyst, acne, colorless mole etc.. Rule of thumb is if it grows or changes have it looked at(Dermatologist)

Dermoid Cyst: Periocular dermoid cysts are very common. See your PCP for consultation and referral to a specialist if needed.
