Vaginal discharge?: Similar to a question answered yesterday by a woman of same age. Still sounds like discharge of a color typical for infection, not menstruation. In sexually active women, STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trichomonas are frequent causes, although gonorrhea and chlamydia are uncommon at your age (30). Maybe it's nothing, but best see doctor. Better safe than sorry!
