Exam needed: Inspection of these skin findings by your Physician or a dermatologist is needed in order to make a diagnosis. If they are scattered,tiny and not itchy,they could be harmless dilated skin capillaries(hemagiomas). It is unlikely that they are caused by the sunburn.
