Unusual: It is unusual for yeast to do this. It usually causes thick white discharge and is very pruritic. Let your doctor see the rash and help out with the diagnosis. All the best.

Probably not: This might be possible, but unlikely. Folliculitis, e.g. from shaving? Genital warts? Molluscum contagiosum? Herpes can mimic yeast, especially if the bumps are blister-like, red and inflamed, or if they soon become open sores. If so, for sure get care ASAP. No matter what, I suggest you stop speculating or looking for answers online. See a doctor or clinic for professional evaluation. Good luck!
