Should be checked: I would suggest seeing a gynecologist, family physician, dermatologist or even the medical professionals at your local health department. These may be glands that have gotten occluded (blocked) or it could be something more serious such as genital warts (HPV). By looking at the area, the physician should be able to provide you with a direction for taking care of it.

Molluscum?: "Skin color pimples" sounds like it might be molluscum contagiosum, a very minor infection with no complications. Genital warts might be possible and a little more serious, but still an inconvenience more than a serious health problem. Maybe just small cysts, e.g. blocked pores. See a doctor or clinic for confirmation and treatment advice.
