Genitourinary tract: Enterococcus is found commonly is stool - and for some reason now it is turning up in a semen culture. This could mean one of two things: a) the culture was contaminated or b) if you have symptoms relating to the GU tract, you could have prostatitis. Since male GU infections can take quite some time to treat properly, you'll need an ID doctor and/or a urologist to help.
