May need attention: As I read this it is probably at least 24 hours after you posted it. The episode you describe could lead to a variety of reasons for pain, most of which are temporary and not serious. However, if this pain has gone on longer than 24 hours particularly with bleeding, pelvic exam and abdominal x-ray are indicated. All may be well but failure to investigate early could lead to serious complications.
