How do you know?: That is a rhetorical question because I'm not aware that anybody really knows exactly what UTERINE TWITCHING feels like. Not saying you don't have it...after all...it's a great big old muscle....but due to it being a deep pelvic organ it's really quite difficult to feel when it's "twitching", "twisted", "tingly" or otherwise, feeling anything unless you're pregnant and fairly far along term.
