Yes and Yes: The earliest scan would be the most accurate - so your due date once established should not be changed based on a later scan. Sperm can be viable for up to six days so a woman could conceive by having sex up to six days before ovulation. Pre-ejaculate can contain viable sperm, so could result in a pregnancy.
