Pregnant?: Most important is to do a urine pregnancy test after reading the directions carefully. If pregnant call your Dr(preferably a Gynecologist) as soon as possible for advice. If any severe pain or significant bleeding go to ER. There are a number of causes for bleeding after intercourse but since your are 2 months overdue for a period you should see your Gynecologist ASAP even if your home test is (-)

Do a pregnancy test: It is possible that you are pregnant. A pregnancy test at this point would be accurate, so please check. It is also possible that you have just skipped a period. Menstrual irregularity can happen intermittently especially if there is stress, excess excercise, or weight extremes. Bleeding after intercourse can be associated with infections. See your provider for evaluation.
