Probably antibiotic: Diarrhea is a very common side effect from antibiotics. While it is usually self limited, it can also be a sign of a serious colon infection known as Clostridium Difficile colitis. I think you should call you doctor to discuss the situation, and appropriate course of action. Call today. Hope this helps!
