Ice: Run cool water over the burn for 10-20 minutes and then apply ice. If any sign of abrasion, consider a topical antibiotic. Can also use numbing cream (containing low dose of lidocaine). Nsaids (ibuprofen, Aleve, (naproxen) etc) may help. Expect discomfort for 3-4 days.
