What could be the cause of period-like cramps 5 days after menstruation and 3 days after unprotected sex?

Hormone rebalancing: This cramping could be due to your levels of estrogen and progesterone re-balancing themselves. The cramps should subside in the next couple of days (3-4 days). But I would advise protection with a condom and contraceptives for birth control. Unless you are trying to get pregnant.
