History neck injury?: Sounds as if you may have a compressed nerve in your neck that may be causing these symptoms. Do have have history of a neck injury, car accident? Any weakness in your left hand or left arm A physician should be able to give you advice on possible workup, treatment including exercises and medicines. Happy healing!
