I have genital warts and i've been using this cream and dr said they will fall off and 6wks and it's been 3 months and they are still present ?

Stronger treatment: Depending on what cream you are using and how often, the lesions can take several weeks to resolve. However, if you've been applying a topical for 3 months without improvement, I would go back to your doctor who may advise you of a stronger treatment option such as liquid nitrogen ("freezing") in the office.
