Infection: You might have a yeast infection from all the moisture. However, an STD is also possible if sexually active. I would see you Gynecologist about the burning and the prolonged period. Who knows when your bleeding will stop. Call tomorrow and make sure the scheduler knows you've been bleeding 3 weeks.
