No sex, see doctor: Your first step is obvious and shouldn't have to be said: stop having sex untl the "scrapes" are gone! But before they go away see a doctor, the sooner the better. It's hard to know what you mean by "scrape", but if the reason isn't obvious (e.g. from vigorous masturbation), you should get it diagnosed to make sure it isn't herpes, allergic rash (e.g. to condom latex?), dermatitis, etc. Good luck!
