I read somewhere that a tubal ligation (which i've had) can lower ovarian cancer risk. is this true? no fam history of ovarian cancer.

Cancer risk: Along with ovarian cancer there is another less know cancer called fallopian tube cancer. Gynecologist now remove the entire segment of fallopian tube during a hysterectomy and often at time of cesarean section to decrease this risk
